you an integrative approach of deeply relaxing, balancing bodywork (clothes
on) combined with visualization, body awareness and reflective dialogue
(Rubenfeld Synergy Method®). This gentle bodywork uses elements from
Alexander technique and Feldenkrais movements to balance the body and release
energy blocks. Addressing body and mind as a unit while being in a relaxed
state helps you tap into the body’s innate healing capacity; experience
a deeper connection with your whole self; and generate balance, vitality
and well-being in your life.
During
my many years as a physician in Sweden I clearly saw the influence that
emotional stress had on the physical health of my patients. It made me
interested in the emerging field of mind-body medicine and body-mind therapy.
I discovered the Rubenfeld Synergy training in the US, and after completion
of the 3-year training program, I now have 15 years of experience in the
US as a Rubenfeld Synergist/body-mind counselor.
With
this holistic background I offer a safe, accepting and nurturing space
for stress release, self discovery, and healing.

passion is to help people create balance of body and mind and find renewed

over 20 years work in the aerospace industry, both in a technical role
as well as management and leadership positions, I bring a practical point
of view to this art of healing. My belief is that the 'intangible' becomes

many more, physicians included, believe Energy Medicine is the way of the

that being of service to others is one of the most important aspects of
being and staying healthy; both for myself as well as my clients. Following
my desire to help others heal through my work in Energy Medicine has been
instrumental in my own healing. I believe that restoring belief in oneself
is the key to restoring health and that it's as simple as listening to
the body and following its guidance and learning to trust our intuition.
